Jim began his Public Accounting career in 1989. He is a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim's areas of interest are taxation, computer technology, small business services, accounting software set-up and training, and financial planning. Jim is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
On a personal note, Jim was born and raised in Oroville, only leaving to serve his country in the U.S. Army and to pursue his college degree. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and time with his family.
